Late Night Halloween Spook-tacular!

You will not want to miss Mister Tuna’s ultimate Late Night Halloween Spook-tacular. Join us on Wednesday, 10/31, for delicious bites (whole rotisserie pig, empanadas, FNG’s famous bologna sliders and more!) and a cauldron of cocktails! Three drinks are included with your ticket! Challenge your friends to a game of beer pong or corn hole. And dress to kill. The best costume will win a $100 gift card!

And at 10pm, the ultimate chef showdown begins. Two chefs will go head to head with mystery ingredients and 30 minutes to show their skills. We will pick one lucky guest to be on the prestigious judges panel. Their fate is in your hands.

Chef Tristen Epps and Chef/Owner Troy Guard have teamed up to launch an exclusive weekly tasting menu experience at Mister Tuna!
Every dish at Mister Tuna is delicately crafted and rigorously tested, and the Tuesday Test Kitchen Tasting Menu gives diners a unique insight and interactive path straight into the mind of the Chefs. The menu includes a progression of items that combine old favorites and new ideas, paired with thoughtfully crafted beverages; all vying for a spot on future menus. The tasting, like the restaurant’s seasonally-rotating menu, is a celebration of both local and foreign, classic and modern, nostalgic and experiential.
Reservations for Test Kitchen Tuesday are available from 4pm-9:30pm every Tuesday, with limited seats available.

Save the Date / Guest Bartender Series with Colorado Sake Co / May 9th

It’s that time again!  Join us on Wednesday, May 9th, as we welcome Colorado Sake Co. brewers William Stuart for an extra specia lGuest Bartender Series! You might have seen this gent behind the bar at Matsuhisa Denver, now come get familiar with his very own, local sake. On May 9th, they’ll be serving a Blueberry Hibiscus Sake Mojito using their own premium Junmai sake. $2 from each cocktail sold that night, and 50 cents for the rest of the month, will go to support We Don’t Waste.

Mister Tuna’s guest bartender series continues April 11th when we welcome Michael McGill behind the bar!  He’ll be creating his very favorite whiskey drink, The Castle Black, for a cause.  Michael has worked closely with Water is Life, an organization committed to ending the World Water Crisis by providing clean springs to impoverished parts of the globe.  A longtime pal of Chef Troy Guard, you know and love Michael from the Tap and Burger Concepts, Old Major, Squeaky Bean, and Osteria Marco.

March 6th: UCHI + Mister Tuna – Guest Chef Dinner

ONE NIGHT ONLY – Chef Troy Guard and Chef Tyson Cole of UCHI collaborate for an incredible six course menu. Denver, if you haven’t heard of Chef Tyson, get familiar!

He is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Uchi, founded in Austin in 2003. Cole’s seamless blending of global ingredients with traditional Japanese flavors to create his celebrated “perfect bite” gained him local, regional and national attention and Uchi soon became one of the top fine dining destinations in Austin. The accolades continued when he was awarded a coveted spot on Food and Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs of 2005 list. In May 2011, Cole received a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Southwest. Cole celebrated a James Beard Foundation Semi-Finalist nod for Outstanding Chef in 2016.
